Newsletters have come a long way.

No long confined to promoting church socials and schoolyard fetes – although they still do so, and well – newsletters have increasingly become a key marketing tool employed by businesses keen to engage with clients on a regular basis.

Perhaps the increasingly popularity reflects concerns about a perceived disconnect amid a burgeoning corporatisation of client services.

For some it is an attempt to appear personable, albeit in print. But for many it is a legitimate platform for engaging with new existing and prospective clients in a meaningful way.
